- 1. Introduction
1.1 This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is an appendix to the User Agreement and applies to personal data that "AI Tech" LLC (hereinafter referred to as AI Tech) may receive about the User during their use of Aisha AI.
1.2 Before using Aisha AI, along with familiarizing yourself with the terms of the User Agreement, it is necessary to review the terms of this Policy.
1.3 AI TECH LLC is not responsible for the consequences of the User transferring personal data to a third party, if such transfer was performed on the information resource of a third party.
1.4 The use of Aisha AI implies the User's unconditional agreement with this Policy and the conditions specified in it for processing their personal data obtained from the User and from external information resources.
1.5 In case of disagreement with the terms of this Policy, regardless of agreement with the terms of the User Agreement, the User must refrain from using Aisha AI.
2. Composition of User personal data that AI TECH LLC receives and processes
In accordance with the functional purpose of Aisha AI, the following User data is processed automatically:
a) personal data that the User provides about themselves during registration in the Application:
name;
surname;
email address;
phone number.
b) information about the User's payments according to orders (amount, date and time of transactions).
All User personal data is processed by the Application automatically.
3. Purposes of collecting and processing User personal data
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
3.1 The processing of Users' personal data is carried out in order to provide Users with the possibility of obtaining authorized access to Aisha AI within the framework of the concluded User Agreement.
3.2 Personal data is stored for the period necessary to implement the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy.
4. Conditions for processing User personal data
4.1 The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" and other regulatory legal acts in the field of ensuring the security of personal data.
4.2 AI TECH LLC takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of the User's personal data
4.3 The processing of personal data by the Application is carried out only if the User consents. It should be noted that otherwise, the use of Aisha AI is not possible.
4.4 Transfer of personal data
Users' personal data is not transferred to any third parties, except in cases expressly provided for by these Rules.
The provision of Users' personal data at the request of state bodies (local self-government bodies) is carried out in the manner prescribed by law.
In order to maintain the operability of the Application and provide the User with access to use the functionality of the Application, AI TECH LLC updates and optimizes the functionality of the Application. To ensure the implementation of these goals, the User agrees to AI TECH LLC's collection, storage, accumulation, systematization, extraction, comparison, use, filling (clarification) of their data, as well as receiving and transmitting to affiliated persons and partners the results of automated processing of such data using various information assessment models, in compliance with applicable legislation.
4.5 Users are strictly prohibited from uploading or creating the following types of information:
ethical standards or public morality, including, but not limited to, content classified as 18+ (adult material);
information prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
violent, discriminatory, or otherwise illegal or harmful content.
Any violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of access to Aisha AI and may entail legal consequences provided for by applicable law.
AI TECH LLC and Aisha AI are not responsible for such actions of the user.
4.6 Use of third-party services
Aisha AI may use third-party services such as Google Firebase, Google Play Services, and other analytics or infrastructure tools to ensure stable operation, authentication, and improvement of the Application. These services may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
5. Changes to the Policy
5.1 AI TECH LLC has the right to make changes to this Policy without the User's consent at its discretion, including, but not limited to, when such changes are due to changes in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan governing the processing of personal data and the use of Aisha AI. Changes come into force after three days from the moment they are posted in the Application with the simultaneous loss of the previous version of the Policy.
5.2 If you disagree with the changes made, the User must cease any use of Aisha AI.
6. Dispute Resolution Procedure
6.1 All disputes and disagreements on the implementation of this Agreement are resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
7. Term and Amendment of the Agreement
7.1 This Agreement enters into force from the moment of User registration in the Application and is valid for the duration of the user's registration on the Aisha AI platform.
8. User Rights
The User has the right to request deletion of their personal data and account at any time by contacting AI TECH LLC via the contact details provided in this Policy. Data deletion will be carried out in accordance with applicable law.
